Our client is a full main Contractor and Construction Management Company with headquarter in Hong Kong, one of the regions foremost Contractors specialising in interior fit-out, they are currently seeking for a Cost Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender document administration, material taking off and pricing, etc.

Handle all the pre- & post-contract stages quantity surveying duties

Liaise with external and internal parties on contractual matters

Cost estimation, extension of time claim, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement

Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Review documentation and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

5 years experience in working with a Main Contractor/Sub-Contractor specialising in interior fit-out/refurbishment.

Self-initiative, strong communication and sound problem-solving skills.

Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
