Main responsibilities:
1) Supervise and handle the daily operation of the food court, ensure that the operation, food and customer service quality meet the company's indicators
2) Maintain good relations with on-site tenants, act as a partner, provide operational strategy analysis, monitor and follow up tenants to meet the company's requirements in operational management
3) Process customer and tenant inquiries or complaints
4) Communicate and coordinate with property management and cleaning companies
5) Transportation data analysis
6) Assist in implementing market promotion activities
Working location:
Tsim Sha Tsui (New Harbor Center)
Working hours:
Working 6 days a week, rotating shifts and breaks
Daily 9 hours work (including 1 hour paid meal time)
Entry Requirements:
-Diploma or above, those with relevant catering experience are preferred
-Welcome fresh graduates, those with 1 year or above of restaurant or related management experience may be considered as senior operations manager
-Willing to accept challenges and be able to complete work tasks independently
-Passionate and energetic about the food service industry
-Good communication skills, good service attitude
-Good Cantonese, general writing skills
-Good computer skills are essential
