Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time lecturer for the HKICPA Hong Kong Registered Accountant or USCPA American Registered Accountant qualification examination training program, responsible for course planning, classroom teaching, learning effectiveness evaluation and full support for students’ preparation.

• Based on the student's educational background, English ability, financial/accounting practical experience and preparation progress, tailor a personalized learning plan, and dynamically monitor teaching effectiveness, flexibly adjusting the pace and strategy of instruction.

• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching materials, optimize simulation test questions in terms of difficulty and coverage, and refine teaching methods (such as case-based learning, real question dissection, and error analysis) to improve overall exam pass rate and student satisfaction.

• Holding a valid HKICPA Hong Kong registered accountant's license; those with USCPA qualifications or actively preparing for the exam are also welcome to apply.

• English proficiency level of CET-6 550 points or equivalent (such as IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90); English-related departments must have TEM-4 or above qualifications; and be able to fluently use English for classroom teaching, teaching materials writing, test question analysis, and bilingual Q&A.

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial accounting teaching, corporate training, university teaching assistant, accounting firm coaching or online education; those with distance teaching, live streaming lectures, and learning community operation experience are preferred.

• High sense of responsibility, empathy and patience, good at listening to students’ confusion and providing structured solutions; excellent time management and multi-task coordination skills, able to adapt to hybrid work modes (including on-campus classroom teaching, Zoom/Teams online teaching and home-based lesson preparation support).
