In 2026, Flexii (an on-demand work-matching platform operating in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan) is scaling its mission to "unlock people's potential" through flexible work. We’re searching for a Multi Media Deisgner who can Boost Flexii’s growth to the next level.
Key Missions & Responsibilities
As a Multi Media Designer at Flexii, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and storytelling across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. You’ll work closely with Marketing & Product teams to produce engaging, high-quality content that drives growth, builds brand love, and brings Flexii’s mission to life.
1. Social Media Content Creation (Singapore / Taiwan / Hong Kong)
Develop engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create static posts, carousels, reels, short videos, animations, and story assets tailored to each market’s preferences.
Interpret marketing briefs into compelling concepts that amplify Flexii’s brand messaging.
Localize visual style and communication angles to fit audience behavior in each market.
Collaborate with each location marketing person in charge to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand tone.
2. Brand Visual Design & Creative Assets
Maintain and elevate the Flexii brand identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Design visual assets including banners, campaign graphics, infographics, landing page visuals, and newsletter templates.
Create internal and external presentations, pitch decks and Business SOPs.
Support brand character development for Chixii, including scenes, storyboards, and creative concepts.
3. Video Production & Motion Graphics
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social, performance ads, and educational content.
Produce motion graphics, transitions, typography treatments, and animated storytelling for Flexii campaigns.
Assist in storyboarding and pre-production planning for major campaigns.
4. Website, App & Product UI Support
Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and UI elements for Flexii’s website and app as needed.
Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to ensure consistency between UI visuals and marketing campaigns.
Assist in the creation of in-app banners, loyalty program visuals, and onboarding illustrations.
5. Market-Specific Adaptation
Adapt master design assets into localized versions for Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
Ensure visuals meet local cultural nuances, color preferences, and audience expectations.
Work with regional teams to refine creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimization.
6. Creative Strategy & Campaign Support
Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and user-generated content initiatives.
Support performance marketing with ad creatives optimized for Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE, and other channels.
Analyze creative performance to refine future content direction.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Managers and Product teams to translate needs into effective designs.
Support Business Development Team with B2B design materials (flyers, posters, store signage, recruitment visuals).
Deliver layouts and artwork based on fast-moving priorities and campaign timelines.
8. Asset Management & Workflow
Maintain an organized design library for all regional assets.
Ensure timely delivery of materials for weekly content calendars and urgent campaigns.
Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in multimedia/content creation, preferably in a fast-paced tech, startup, or agency environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Skilled in motion graphics, animation, typography, and short-form video editing for social platforms.
Ability to conceptualize ideas from storyboard stage to final execution.
Strong illustration ability is a plus
Experience with 3D or Figma is a bonus.
