Banking Officer – Credit Management (Fresh grad welcome)

Job Description
Job duties
- Prepare facilities letters, instruction letters and general correspondence for banking facilities
- Liaise with marketing units and solicitor firms to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work
- Checks confirmation letters from solicitor firms to ensure that mortgages are executed in accordance with instructions
- Check the necessary loan and security documents are in order
- Performany other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time
Requirements
- University Degree in Economics / Banking and Finance / Business Administration orrelated disciplines
- Good PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in banking operation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, strong risk awareness, pro-active, attentive to details, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Fresh graduates are welcome
