<p>1. Loan approval and risk control</p><p>• Supervise the full process of lending business (application, review, approval, disbursement, repayment management)</p><p>• According to company policies and risk models, approve personal and corporate loan applications</p><p> Evaluate customer creditworthiness, financial data, and collateral (if any)</p><p>• Approve each account’s fund inflow and outflow to ensure compliance and safety in fund operations</p><p> Provide professional advice and handling solutions for high-risk or special cases</p><p> 2. Compliance review and document improvement</p><p>Ensure that each lending transaction meets the AML / KYC / CFT (counter-terrorism financing) requirements</p><p>• Check and review loan and guarantee documents to ensure their legal validity and document integrity</p><p>• Monitor trading abnormal behavior, report in a timely manner and propose improvement suggestions</p><p>• Assist in revising and maintaining internal policies, approval processes and operating instructions</p><p> 3. Process optimization and cross-departmental collaboration</p><p>• Work with sales, operations, legal and financial teams to ensure efficient loan processing</p><p>• Participate in system automation/upgrading and process optimization projects</p><p>• Analyze bottlenecks in the approval process and propose improvement and risk control measures</p><p>4. Team support and knowledge sharing</p><p>Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues to improve approval quality and compliance awareness</p><p>• Assist management in formulating business strategies and risk policies</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• (Financial, accounting, law, business-related preferred)</p><p>• Have credit / loan approval experience or</p><p>• Have AML / KYC / Compliance / Risk Control experience</p><p>• Banking or licensed money lender (Money Lender) related work experience is preferred</p><p>• Familiar with the Lender's Act, the Companies Act and related financial regulations</p><p>• Retail or corporate credit, mortgage loans, commercial loans experience is preferred</p><p>• Good risk judgment and attention to detail</p><p>• Have compliance thinking and responsibility</p><p>• Able to handle multiple approval tasks independently under pressure</p><p>• Good communication skills, able to collaborate with internal and external teams</p><p>• Fluent use of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Financial, economic or related professional background is preferred;</p><p>2. Have good communication skills and customer service awareness;</p><p>3. Familiar with credit products and market dynamics, with strong risk control awareness;</p><p>4. Able to handle credit cases independently, with a high sense of responsibility and team collaboration ability.</p>
