Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and managing customers' debt accounts to ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
• Contact customers, negotiate repayment plans and provide professional advice.
• Review and analyze the customer's financial situation, evaluate credit risk.
• Prepare debt reports, update account records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to handle debt-related matters.
• Ensure all debt collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, business management or related sciences is preferred.
• At least 2 years of debt control, financial management or related field work experience.
• Familiar with Hong Kong's debt recovery laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial management systems.
• Careful, analytical, and able to handle problems independently and effectively manage time.
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
