About the role
Healthie Lazii is seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District. As a full-time Sales and Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our innovative health and wellness products.What you'll be doing
1. Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and live chats to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
2. Educate customers on Healthie Lazii's product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
3. Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate our product features and benefits
4. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering results
5. Good Command of English and Cantonese
