[Responsibilities]

• Provide professional, prestigious, and personalized customer consultation and sales services within the boutique.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while actively promoting the brand image.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and assist in managing the VIP database.

• Responsible for visual merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations.

• Follow up on after-sales services, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

[Requirements]

• Form 5 graduate or above; priority will be given to candidates with over two years of sales experience in luxury retail, high-end jewellery, porcelain, or artworks.

• Fluent in Cantonese with good command of Mandarin and English (proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage).

• Passionate about traditional Chinese culture with an understanding of the traditional literati lifestyle.

• Previous experience in calligraphy, tea ceremony, incense lore, floral arts, or folk music is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, service passion, and a strong spirit of teamwork.

• Professional and decent image, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Shift work required (including weekends and public holidays).
