Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire complaint resolution process from receipt to closure.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer complaints and inquiries.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, utilizing data and customer insights.

  • Ensure all investigations adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies when necessary, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular reports for senior management on complaint metrics and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the life insurance industry.

  • Strong understanding of complaint handling processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
