We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed customer service and operations assistant to work in our fast-growing meal plan business. Working with our young and high energy team, you will assist in providing the best experience for our customers and ensure orders are processed correctly. You will also learn first-hand what it’s like to be part of a fast-growing start-up!

Job Description:

• Provide timely customer service to our customers via phone/whatsapp/social media platforms.

• Process customer orders via excel and web templates Work closely with management to monitor and improve customer experience and service.

• Work with our operations manager to assist with client order and kitchen orders.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English written and proficiency in English spoken, Chinese (written and spoken)

• Proficient in Excel, especially Pivot Table & VLOOKUP

• Exhibit pleasant manners, self-motivated, customer-oriented and willing to learn

• Can Do attitude to work within a fast-growing startup environment

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience that involves online service (phone/email/internet)
