Job Description
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers through regular communication, proactive follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to identify customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to retention and upselling initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, preferences, and history in the CRM system to ensure continuity and informed decision-making.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service quality and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with basic data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine commitment to customer-centric values.
