Job Description
Our client is a hospitality service provider is looking for Part time Customer Service Officer for their loyalty program.
Job Responsibilities
Answer members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
Execute UAT test cases across various platforms following the SOP provided by the team
Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
Handle administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years' working experience in related to customer servicing
Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
Logical mindset and detail-oriented candidates are preferred
Good command of English, Chinese in both written and spoken (including Mandarin)
Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2-3 days per week, Wan Chai office, $90-100/hour
