Shifts Duties (meal & rest breaks included)

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage loyalty programme services, including registration, points enquires, and gift redemption

* Handle passenger enquiries and provide professional customer support

* Process online shop orders and maintain communication with retail partners

* Proactively share updated shopping dining, and promotional information with passengers

* Provide personalized shopping advice to enhance the visitor experience

Requirements:

* Non-Degree tertiary education (fresh graduates welcome)

* Experience in retail or customer service preferred

* Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

* Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

* Independent, responsible, and well-organised

* Immediate availability is an advantage

Package:

Salary : HKD$90/hr
