Job Description
- Responsible for handling various inquiries from customers about foreign domestic helper recruitment, including policy interpretation, document preparation, application process and time estimate, etc., to ensure accurate information, timely response.
- Full support for customers’ recruitment process, covering job seeker screening, contract negotiation, physical examination arrangements, visa application documents and entry coordination, etc. , to enhance overall service experience and success rate.
- Update and maintain customer and job seeker databases, ensuring personal information, communication records, and recruitment progress are clear and traceable, in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Regularly report recruitment progress to customers, propose feasible solutions for delays or abnormal situations, and assist customers in making timely decisions.
- Have fluent Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, and be able to interact with customers and domestic helper job seekers in a clear, polite and empathetic manner.
- Have basic writing and computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and CRM systems is preferred.
- Applicants with at least 1 year of customer service, human resources assistant or domestic helper agency work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's domestic helper policies and Labor Department's operations, will be given priority.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail and stress resistance, and be able to handle multiple cases at the same time and complete tasks steadily within the deadline.
