Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customs clearance process for shipments by liaising with Hong Kong Customs and other government bodies.
- Advise customers on clearance requirements and work with them and overseas DHL offices to collect necessary documentation.
- Ensure all clearance activities comply with regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in airport operations, freight forwarding, or a related logistics field.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and trade declarations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and able to work 24-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
