<p>We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Bookkeeper with proven expertise in Xero and CIN7 to manage our full cycle of bookkeeping and inventory accounting.<br><br>We have been let down by previous contractors and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running immediately and integrate seamlessly with our team.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping with 100% accuracy<br>• Reconcile bank, credit card, and inventory accounts in Xero<br>• Oversee inventory workflows in CIN7 and ensure smooth integration with Xero<br>• Set up and document SOPs and best-practice workflows<br>• Handle Dext integrations for receipts and expenses<br>• Identify and resolve common integration issues between systems<br>• Provide financial reports as needed<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• Demonstrated expertise in Xero, CIN7, and Dext (please only apply if you have strong experience in all three)<br>• Solid track record managing full-cycle bookkeeping<br>• Excellent attention to detail and accountability<br>• Ability to start immediately<br>• Strong communication and proactivity<br><br>If you are dependable, know your way around integrations, and want to work with a team that values professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p></p><p><strong>You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:</strong></p><ol><li><p>How have you managed inventory accounting and integrations between CIN7 and Xero?
