Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain secure AI solutions (frontend and backend) for LLM+RAG, web search, translation, and transcription applications.
2. Cleanse data and optimize AI models through fine-tuning to enhance performance.
3. Develop RPA tools with integrated statistical generation features.
4. Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline development workflows.
5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

A. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

B. For AI development: Expertise in Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, Docker, DBMS, and proficiency in data and web security practices.

C. For RPA development: Strong skills in VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Access.

D. Dedication to keeping abreast of AI advancements and experimenting with new tools and technologies.

E. Ability to think innovatively and deliver creative solutions to meet operational demands.

F. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

G. Capacity to work effectively under pressure. H. Detail-focused, self-motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player.

I. Excellent written proficiency in both English and Chinese.
