Job Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis: In-depth involvement in and comprehension of business operations. Follow key strategic initiatives based on business development needs, and deliver timely and effective analysis results and strategic plans for core directions such as timeliness, efficiency, user experience, and performance appraisal, to drive business development and goal achievement.

2. Complex Data Processing: Responsible for data extraction, analysis related to distribution operations, and requirement coordination for data products. This includes performance evaluation and calculation, site difficulty modeling, subsidy incentives, and other ad-hoc data analysis requests.

3. Indicator System Improvement: Based on in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the business and core strategies, collaborate with business teams to continuously iterate the business indicator system, ensuring its completeness, validity, and accuracy.

4. Data System Construction: Based on research of various data requirements, build a data report system to meet business information needs. Based on business research, promote the development of data products to enable the online data products for the matching management system, thereby enhancing the timeliness of management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, data analysis, or business analysis.

2. Possess strong logical analysis and systematic thinking abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Solid data processing and analysis capabilities, including data visualization proficiency. Skilled in analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R.

4. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility for delivering work results. Proactive and adept at teamwork.

5. Prior experience in the retail, distribution, or logistics industry is preferred.
