Job Responsibilities

• According to the instructions, classify and label the questionnaire answers

• Execute basic data input, organization and verification work

• Ensure data input accuracy, completeness, and format consistency

• In a designated office environment, work with your team to complete daily tasks at a pace that suits everyone

• Have secondary five education or above; those with a higher diploma or associate degree are preferred

• Able to read and understand Cantonese, Mandarin and English written content fluently

• Careful and cautious, patient and logical analysis, and basic digital processing concepts

• Able to work independently, with a serious and responsible attitude, and with basic time management awareness

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common Chinese input methods (such as Cangjie, Quick Input Method)

• Applicants with experience in document processing or data input will be given priority

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, and can work on site at our office in Wan Chai

• Contract expires on March 31, with priority given to those who are fully present from Monday to Friday each week

• Applicants are required to submit a resume (CV) and a list of available work dates from March 11 to 31

• Hourly pay of HKD$60, monthly salary settlement, automatic bank transfer payment

• Daily working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (including paid meal time)
