Job Description
1. Responsible for timely inputting customers’ daily communication records into the company’s database to ensure data accuracy and completeness
2. Maintain the company's database, organize data and prepare reports for the company's management team
3. Assist the customer service manager in maintaining customer relationships, such as responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic documents
1.To covert data collected from customer daily communication to the in-house database on a timely basis, ensure the data are accurate and complete
2.Maintain the in-house database, organise the data to generate management reports
3.To assist the Customer Service Manager(ess), including handling of customer inquiries and preparation of basic documents
