Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and maintain the company’s data platform and related solutions

• Design, build, and automate scalable data pipelines and real-time data streams

• Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support seamless data integration and analysis

• Establish performance metrics to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the data lifecycle

• Work closely with data analysts, data stewards, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Assess and recommend data tools based on performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in data engineering

• Strong proficiency in SQL is essential

• Solid experience with Azure Databricks or Synapse; Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate is a strong advantage

• Hands-on experience with data engineering programming languages such as PySpark, Python, R, Java, or Scala

• Proven experience in designing and deploying data applications on cloud platforms, particularly Azure

• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a proactive, self-motivated team

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel as required
