What You’ll Own & Conquer:

Architect & Lead – Take charge of technical framework design, functional module breakdown, coding, testing, and seamless deployment of automation solutions. You’ll be the key driver ensuring successful project execution.

Solve Complex Problems – Research, analyze, and evaluate project requirements and technical environments, making critical decisions that influence large-scale automation implementations.

Own System Stability – Provide hands-on operational support, diagnose technical issues in real time, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to ensure minimal downtime.

Be the Face of Laiye – Conduct client training, technical presentations, and reporting, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for automation success.

Drive Customer Success – Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client pain points, optimize deployments, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

What It Takes to Succeed:

Technical Excellence – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.

Coding Mastery – Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, C/C++, C#, Java) with a strong grasp of clean coding practices and design patterns.

Data-Driven Approach – Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Experience in data extraction, web scraping, or full-stack development is a big plus.

Automation & RPA Expertise – Prior experience in RPA implementation is highly preferred. Understanding of automation frameworks and AI-driven process optimization is a strong advantage.

Adaptability & Agility – Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Relentless Problem-Solver – A passion for tackling tough technical challenges, learning fast, and pushing the limits of automation capabilities.
