Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting customer delivery lists and signing receipts, ensuring that the documents are complete, signed validly and meet the project closure requirements.

  • Strictly verify the version number, publication date, and actual content of the delivered documents to ensure file consistency at each stage and avoid compliance risks due to version mixing.

  • Systematically organize and package case closure materials, including technical documents, acceptance records, customer confirmation letters, and internal approval records, and classify and arrange them according to standard templates.

  • Real-time update delivery status tracking table (including progress nodes, responsible person, estimated/actual completion date), ensuring cross-department collaboration information transparency and traceability.

  • Execute post-case follow-up work, including identifying missing files, liaising with relevant parties to submit, and confirming the quality of the submission until the overall delivery process is formally closed.

Work requirements

  • Have a higher diploma or associate degree, majoring in administrative management, business, information technology or related fields, those with higher academic qualifications are preferred.

  • Although experience is not limited, you must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and time management skills; those with internship or project support experience will be given priority.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, able to fluently write and review bilingual Chinese and English delivery documents and reports.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel data tracking and Word file integration), with basic file management and data backup awareness.

  • Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or have been approved for the High Talent Pass, the Outstanding Talent Pass, the IANG, the Dependents' Visa or other legal work permit in Hong Kong.

  • Monthly salary range is from HKD24,000 to 45,000, depending on ability and experience, and with annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment mechanism.
