Job Duties

• Run the planning of APAC countries locally and regionally

• Assist in maintaining good demand forecast accuracy to ensure product availability while minimizing cost and inventory

• Facilitate Demand Review / Control Tower meetings locally and regionally, review sales forecasts and inventory goals, set supply priorities, raise key supply issues

• Liaise with cross-functional teams, includes sales /marketing and suppliers to ensure supply and activities are integrated as well as strike a balance between inventory and service level

• Manage inventory level targets (Fill Rate, MOH) to meet customer needs and to minimize obsolescence

• Guide and improve the planning and forecasting process

• Place PO and create PO correctly in local system, working closely with Logistics team (warehouse and I/E) for customer order management and incoming shipment status

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational company

• Previous experience in FMCG / medical device / pharma industry is preferred

• With regional experience - APAC regions is preferred

• Excellent ability in data collection and analysis and proficient use of relevant tools such as excel, power BI etc.

• Familiar with ERP

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
