Our client, a Global Fashion & Accessories Retailer, is looking for a Shop Manager / Shop Supervisor to support their business growth and expansion in the Hong Kong Market

Shop Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail operation to ensure operation efficiency and consistency
• Lead and motivate the team member to achieve sales target and maintain in a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Implementation of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs at store level to enhance brand awareness
• Provide All-round retail operation and administrative support
• Work close with headquarter to compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• With at lease 8 years with relevant experience in which 3 years of supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in Luxury, Accessories, Footwear & Fashion retail preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent leadership and skillful
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately Available Preferable

Requirements:

• 8-10 years or more of retail service and management experience
• Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to independently handle all retail operations
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic Mandarin, and English
