Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Developing all design concepts and consequent images, drawing, materials, finished and construction details
- Work with PM team in project development and documentation with the design support
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma holder in Interior design or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in interior design field ( experience in designing office workshop / villa / mansion / luxury apartments )
- Less experience will consider as Assistant Designer
- Strong creative of concept design, proactive brainstorm ideas
- Able to handle full set of fitting-out drawing Assistant Designer
- Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good team player
- Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max is an advantage
- Excellent written in English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin is a plus
- Occasional Travel to PRC is required
- Immediate availability is preferred
