Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Assist in the development of user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- A portfolio showcasing your design projects and process (school projects are acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
