AsTinson Design The design soul and technical gatekeeper, you will lead a professional design team. You are not only responsible for improving design aesthetics, but also for establishing standardized design processes to ensure that design solutions meet customer needs while also having high executability and business value. You will work closely with the store manager to convert design power into the company's core competitiveness.

[Core Responsibilities]

• Lead design team: Management designer, junior designer and assistant's work allocation, monitor team output efficiency.

• Technical guidance and training: Responsible for improving team members’ professional skills (such as construction drawing standards, soft furnishing matching, and new material application), establishing an internal design case library and standardized templates.

2. Design quality control (QA)

• Proposal review: Review team submits design schemes, effect diagrams and complete construction drawings to ensure that the design meets the company's brand standards and avoids technical errors.

• Aesthetics lead: Define the company's annual design style direction, enhance the overall team's design dimension, and ensure the uniqueness of the solution in the market.

3. Cross-department collaboration and solution implementation

• Assist the sales team in conducting in-depth customer consultations, from a professional perspective to address customer concerns and improve the conversion rate of design solutions.

• Backend integration (Engineering Department): Close communication with the engineering department director to ensure design details comply with construction specifications, and solve design changes and technical issues on the construction site.

• Qualifications: More than 5 years of interior design experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience.

• Professional background: Familiar with Hong Kong local building regulations, construction technology and material properties, and able to handle complex space design.

• Tool Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe series, etc. design software.

• Communication and decision-making: Have excellent communication skills, be able to clearly state design concepts to customers, and decisively solve problems in cross-departmental collaboration.

• Leadership style: Have a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to stimulate team creativity and maintain stable output quality.
