Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead the full lifecycle of events, from initial site mapping and course marking to final teardown and race-day timing.
• Curate the "vibe" of the hybrid events, able to transform a standard race into a memorable participant journey.
• Secure all required permits (AFCD, Police, FEHD) and manage technical vendors, transport, and safety protocols.
• Act as the primary operational contact for sponsors and partners, ensuring their presence is seamlessly woven into the event’s story.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery through negotiation and resource allocation.
Requirements
• 4+ years in HK sports or outdoor event management.
• Proven track record with local government permitting and trail/urban logistics.
• Highly organized for logistics with an intuitive eye for event energy.
• Fluent Chinese (Cantonese & Manadrkn) and English (written and spoken) is a must.
