The role will assist in the planning, development, production and monitoring of special dietary menus, food safety requirements and nutritional compliance for clients with therapeutic diet needs within an institutional catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of therapeutic and texture-modified menus

• Assist with nutritional analysis and dietary compliance

• Advise on allergy management and special diets

• Liaise with operational and kitchen teams

• Support food safety, hygiene and infection-control procedures

• Assist with the preparation of hospital catering documentation and operational systems

Requirements

• Degree or recognised qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics or related discipline

• Experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, elderly care, clinical nutrition or institutional catering preferred

• Understanding of therapeutic diets and food safety systems

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese preferred

• Practical and team-oriented approach
