Job description

Business analysts play a crucial role in ensuring the success of retail banking businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying system requirements and producing specifications, covering deposit, ATM, FPS, payment, and card services. Your expertise in business analytics will enable you to create, manage, and execute UAT test cases that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed acceptance test procedures to ensure seamless testing and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to system revamps according to strategic direction, business plan, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear user procedures and provide user training

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines, along with minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in ebanking. Strong relationship management skills, flexibility, and adaptability are essential for this role. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.
