Job Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in graphic design, digital intermediate and post-production;
• Plan and execute all forms of design concept in online and offline channels, such as graphics, page layout making and corporate products design for educational publications and materials;
• Organize the database for various production and printing projects, and work with the internal team to ensure all the output files to meet the deadline with high quality outcome;
• Handle pre-printing production processes and schedules, plus assist in controlling production costs to achieve quality, effectiveness and efficiency;
• Participate in cross-departmental internal group communication, as well as assist in promoting smooth operation of production and printing processes;
• Liaise with external vendors, such as production houses and printers regarding quotations, printing, and incoming goods to ensure high standards across outputs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Multimedia Design or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years or above of related experience; experience with post production would be an advantage;
• Full mastery of Adobe design software, solid hand-on experience in In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good communication skills, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Chinese input methods, and PC typesetting software
