Job description

Software Engineer will conduct research and programming on NLP for improvement on customer journey including big data analysis, O2O, Omni-channels.

About the Role:

· Design the methodology for fulfill the customer journey on SmartMemberBase (a big data) related on NLP

· Explore NLP technologies and adopt the suitable NLP technologies

· Develop mobile & online application

· Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities

· Implementing ETL process, such as importing data from existing data sources, etc

· Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes

· Defining data retention policies

· Specification gathering, documentation and design

· Perform coding, debugging, peer review and unit / functional testing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $22,000.00 per month
