Digital Marketing Manager (User Acquisition)

Job Overview

We are hiring a data-driven and results-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online user acquisition and growth efforts in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a relentless focus on achieving scalable user growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across key digital platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, X) to drive user registrations and active engagement.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and improve conversion rates through rigorous A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative experimentation.
• Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget with precision to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
• Provide regular data-driven reports and insights on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with local regulations and platform policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns in the Hong Kong market.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
• Native fluency in Cantonese is essential. Working proficiency in English is required to understand global platform updates and best practices.
