We are seeking an experienced senior data engineer to join our data management team, driving digital transformation and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the continuous implementation and improvement of a data analysis platform within the group:

  • Strengthen existing processes and workflows to accelerate data introduction.

  • Add new data sources, transformations, and dashboards to support new analysis and reporting needs.

• Serve as the main data analyst for AI projects:

  • Collect data requirements from stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with software engineers to design internal data architecture, supporting AI application development.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data owners to identify data needs and execute data analysis.

• Design and implement data architecture and models, perform data engineering tasks such as data cleaning and reconciliation.

• Establish BI reports/dashboard/analysis tools, empower internal business units to provide actionable insights using data pipelines.

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvement projects, such as automating manual data processing.

Requirements:

• Holding computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics or related degrees.

• At least 6 years of practical experience in data analysis, data engineering or data platform management.

• Proficient in Azure Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and familiar with Python.

• In cloud data platform implementation, data architecture, data modeling, and business intelligence tools, we have solid experience.
