Duties:

• Lead end-to-end management of IT projects related to digital transformation, system integrations, software development, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and translate them into scalable digital offerings.

• Identify and recommend appropriate technology stacks (ERP modules, cloud migration strategies, automation tools) to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload for clients.

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

• Ensure digital solutions comply with data security, privacy laws, and industry standards.

• Identify technical and operational risks early in the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans to ensure seamless delivery.

• Work with developers to facilitate integrations between client legacy systems and new cloud-based solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the corporate services sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation initiatives and IT project management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
