1. Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in formulating annual, quarterly and monthly market strategies and brand directions, ensuring consistency with the company's business objectives.
Closely follow travel industry trends and market customer situations, combined with brand positioning, collect the latest information and competitive product dynamics of each brand's sub-market and customers, and provide optimization suggestions for promotion and product strategies.
Coordinate online and offline marketing activities (including digital marketing, social media, public relations and advertising placement).
Responsible for the operation of social media channels such as WeChat public accounts/video accounts, App, Facebook/IG, Douyin and official website, etc.
Assist in the compilation and execution of market budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
Expand and maintain cooperative relationships with KOLs and media.
Supervise the daily work of the market team, assign tasks and provide guidance, be responsible for the assembly, management and evaluation of the department team, and improve the overall performance of the team.
2. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, travel, media, internet e-commerce and other related professional priority.
No less than 5 years of work experience in the same position, with good marketing and brand management experience, travel management experience is preferred.
Have strong market analysis, marketing planning and market promotion capabilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Have passion, sense of responsibility, and fighting spirit, strong execution ability, and able to withstand large work pressure.
3. Basic salary: $30,000-$45,000 per month.

5. Work hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Stay abreast of travel industry trends and market/customer conditions. Based on the brand positioning, gather the latest information on various brand segments, customer insights, and competitor activities to provide optimization suggestions for marketing and product strategies.
Coordinate integrated online and offline marketing activities (including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising placements).
Oversee the operation of social media and other channels, including WeChat Official Account/Video Channel, App, Facebook/IG, Douyin, and the official website.
Regularly review marketing data and KPIs (e.g., Return on Investment), evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor promotional efficiency, and propose specific optimization recommendations.
Assist in preparing and executing the marketing budget to ensure effective resource utilization.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs and media partners.
Supervise the daily work of the marketing team, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Responsible for team building, management, and performance assessment to enhance overall team performance.
2. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in tourism, media, internet e-commerce, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong marketing and brand management experience; experience in tourism management is preferred.
Strong market analysis, marketing planning, and promotion capabilities, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passionate, responsible, and driven, with strong execution skills and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Base Salary: Monthly salary ranges from $30,000 to $45,000.
4. Work Location: Futian Bonded Area, Shenzhen (on-site work required).
5. Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
