Position Name: Direct Mortgage Assistant Manager/Manager

• Through building and maintaining close cooperative relationships with real estate brokers and law firms, actively expand bank mortgage loan business;

• Actively participate in on-site sales projects (such as new property promotion, exhibitions and sales events), and strive to acquire direct customers and referral resources;

• Independently handle the entire mortgage application process, including document review, data verification, risk assessment, and internal approval;

• Coordinate cross-functional processes (such as credit approval, legal compliance, and operational support) to improve case handling efficiency and customer experience;

• Regularly follow up with key partners, provide professional support and market feedback, and strengthen strategic partner relationships.

• Have 1 to 3 years of bank mortgage loan-related work experience, familiar with the operation of the Hong Kong mortgage market and the main developers, law firms and other ecological;

• Have excellent service awareness and sales-oriented thinking, be able to actively uncover customer needs and provide appropriate solutions;

• Having excellent communication skills, interpersonal networking ability, and situational judgment, you can effectively handle multiple collaboration scenarios;

• Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and willing to support sales activities on Sundays and public holidays;

• High learning willingness, agile thinking, and rapid acquisition of new policies, new products, and digital tool applications;

• Customer-centric, focusing on service quality and professional image;

• Preference will be given to those with the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) or Certified Banker (CB) qualification;

• Meet the requirements for legal employment in Hong Kong, including but not limited to: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other valid work permit.
