Job Requirements:

• University graduate with 1+ year banking exp (pref. insurance sales); OR Secondary education with 2+ years banking exp (insurance preferred).

• Hold IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3.

• HKSI LE Papers 1, 7, 8 preferred.

• Strong sales mindset and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• According to relevant guidelines, sell wealth management products, including funds, insurance and foreign exchange, etc. financial products.

• Provide professional wealth demand analysis for customers and provide appropriate financial advice based on their financial goals.

• Actively identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce insurance, foreign exchange and other banking services to eligible customers.

• Participate in various market promotion activities, customer lectures and investment seminars, enhance customer participation and product awareness.

• Handling customer inquiries to ensure service quality meets bank standards and strictly comply with compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strive to achieve personal and team sales targets in foreign exchange and other wealth products.

Work requirements

• University graduation or possession of a postgraduate degree or above, and with at least one year of banking work experience (with insurance sales experience preferred); or secondary school graduation and with at least two years of banking industry experience (with insurance sales experience preferred).

• Must hold IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, and HKSI LE Papers 1, 7, 8 are preferred.

• Have strong sales-oriented thinking, actively develop customers and drive business growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively build customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty.

• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Passionate about wealth management, willing to continuously learn about financial products and market dynamics.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid work visa (including the high-end talent pass, the excellent talent plan, the IANG visa, the dependent visa or other qualified work permit).
