Job Description
Job Title (Suggested): Corporate Finance Assistant Director / Manager
Responsibilities:
Handle corporate finance projects, including financial advisory, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions involving the Listing Rules and/or the Takeovers Code
Possess solid Hong Kong IPO execution experience, ideally having led or participated in at least three HKEX listing projects
Work closely with various professional parties, including managing client relationships, drafting documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with regulatory authorities
Evaluate potential transactions through market research, valuation analysis and financial modelling
Prepare marketing materials, pitch books and business plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above with 5–10 years of experience in corporate finance
Holder of SFC Type 1, 4, 6 licences
Relevant Hong Kong working experience with a valid Hong Kong work visa (including QMAS, Top Talent Pass, etc.)
