Core Responsibilities (Responsibilities)

1. Overall operating model establishment (Pre-opening)

License application and compliance management

3. Coordinate and promote various operating-related license applications (such as catering and accommodation), ensure overall operations comply with Hong Kong laws and regulatory requirements. Team building and management

4. Build an operations team from scratch (including front desk reception, customer service, catering and facilities management), and be responsible for daily management and training. Service experience and standard setting

5. Establish service standards and SOPs that benchmark high-end hotels, continuously optimize customer and visitor experiences, and enhance overall spatial quality. Cross-industry operation and integration

Coordinate the operation of different business types such as office, meeting, dining and apartment, and improve space utilization efficiency and overall operating performance.

Requirements

1. Work experience

8 years of hotel, serviced apartment or related industry operations and management experience, with high-end hotel or mixed-use development management experience preferred.

2.Pre-opening experience

Have pre-opening experience, able to build an operating system from scratch.

3. Compliance and licensing experience

Familiar with Hong Kong's food and beverage, accommodation or related license application process and regulatory requirements are preferred.

4.Operational and management skills

Have multi-state management ability, can coordinate different business units and establish standardized operating procedures.

5. Service and customer experience awareness

Have high-end service awareness and be able to create a customer experience that rivals five-star hotels.

6. Positioning (Role Objective)

Responsible for the hotel-style operation and management of the entire building, from scratch to establish a service system and operating capabilities, and create a high-quality customer experience and efficient space operation mode.
