Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily kitchen cleaning, including floor, equipment and utensil cleaning and disinfection, and maintaining a hygienic environment that meets the standard.
• Assist the chef and other staff members in completing temporary assignments, and support the overall kitchen operations.

Work requirements

• Age 18 years or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to adapt to a high-temperature and long-standing work environment.
• No need for related academic qualifications or certificates, those with basic experience in the catering industry will be given priority.
• Have basic Chinese communication skills, be able to clearly understand work instructions and collaborate with the team.
• Work attitude is serious and hard-working, and personal hygiene and food safety standards are emphasized.
• Can be adjusted to shift work, including early shift, afternoon shift or holiday attendance.
