Job Description
Assistant role in Shenzhen !!
Report to HK office and director.

Hybrid working mode.
English preferred.
At least 2 years working experience.
Good at research, tech savvy, accounting and admin.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Hong Kong office and the director in handling daily administrative and project support work, including file sorting, meeting scheduling, itinerary coordination and cross-departmental communication.
  • Responsible for market and industry-related data collection and preliminary analysis, supporting strategy planning and decision-making reference, and having the ability to independently execute basic research tasks.
  • Use digital tools (such as Microsoft 365, cloud collaboration platforms, financial software, etc.) to improve work efficiency and adapt to the rapidly updating technology application environment.
  • Participate in accounting-related basic operations, such as expense verification, invoice processing, statement data integration and budget execution status tracking, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Supporting hybrid office mode, efficient collaboration between the Shenzhen office and remote environment, maintaining a stable communication rhythm and delivery quality.

Work requirements

  • Have at least two years of practical work experience in administrative support, research assistant or accounting-related fields, those with cross-regional (especially Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau) collaborative experience are preferred.
  • Good English skills, able to read and write English emails and reports fluently, and participate in basic English conference discussions; fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese is an added bonus.
  • Familiar with mainstream office and financial software operations, with basic data processing capabilities (such as Excel functions, chart creation), and with enthusiasm and adaptability for new technological tools.
  • Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, able to maintain order and punctual delivery in parallel tasks, with good time management and proactive problem-solving awareness.
