Job Duty:

- Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy to enhance brand influence in stationery industry

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities; translate insights into actionable market-expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the marketing team operates efficiently and achieves performance targets.

- Establishes marketing goals and objectives

- Able to read and analyze accounting balance sheet, foreseeing the upcoming challenges and aid internal management in decision-making.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in marketing management.

- Independent strategic mindset and sharp market acumen, capable of devising effective marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and team-leadership skills to drive successful market development initiatives.

- Proficient in a wide range of marketing tools and channels; candidates with demonstrable success stories will be given priority.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

- Video interview or video meeting maybe required
