Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Front of House service, including greeting customers and handling general inquiries.

  • Handle all incoming phone inquiries, Email, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages.

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales order fulfillment process from order receipt and processing to delivery

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate service timelines with the service team to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle, including any delays or additional repairs needed, and provide updates throughout the service process.

  • Via WhatsApp and social media channels to boost sales and after-sales business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • DSE/ HKCEE or above

  • 2 years or above working experience in Customer Service or related, experience in the automotive industry would be preferred

  • Customer service-oriented with excellent customer service skills and communication skills

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good command of English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team to ensure departmental operations run smoothly

  • Full responsibility for the execution of sales orders, from receiving orders, processing confirmations, arranging delivery to final delivery

  • Proactively update customers on vehicle maintenance progress, if there is any delay or additional inspection required, communicate and explain immediately, and provide clear information throughout the entire service process

  • Utilize WhatsApp and social media platforms to actively expand sales and after-sales service opportunities

Work requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma (DSE/HKCEE) or above

  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience; those with automotive industry experience are given priority

  • Customer-centric, with excellent service awareness, communication skills, and empathy

  • Independent and proactive, able to complete tasks efficiently under pressure and meet urgent deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

  • Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong (meet the local work visa qualifications)

  • Office work, working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00

  • Working location: Kowloon, Tseung Kwan O
