Duties:

1. Responsible for the organization, classification, and archiving of various types of documents (including electronic documents and paper documents, which need to be scanned and digitalized);
2. Complete file input, data verification, and information validation according to the specified format, ensuring that the content is accurate and error-free (such as Excel table input, Word document formatting, etc.);
4. Complete other file-related auxiliary work assigned by the superior.

Six. Employment Requirements

1. Education is not limited, those with file processing, data entry related experience are preferred;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office office software (Word, Excel, PPT), with basic file formatting and data analysis abilities;
3. Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, able to quickly identify error information in files, and ensure work accuracy;
4. Have good time management skills, be able to complete assigned tasks on time, and not procrastinate;
6. Communicate smoothly, be able to respond to work matching needs in a timely manner, and accept simple job training.
