Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing customer requirements and related file packages, ensuring that all data is classified and filed according to standards, and improving file management efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strictly verify the completeness, format compliance and signature validity of the customer's submitted application and attachments, and promptly identify missing or abnormal items.

  • Proactively follow up with customers on the progress of submitting missing documents, coordinate and communicate through phone, email or instant messaging tools to ensure the file completion process is completed within the specified deadline.

  • Based on standard response templates, assist in handling general customer inquiries, covering file status, submission guidance, common issues, etc., maintaining service consistency and professional image.

  • Instantly update customer file system and internal communication records to ensure data accuracy and traceability, and strictly abide by the confidentiality principle, with all files accessible only to authorized personnel.

Work requirements

  • Have a high diploma or associate degree, majoring in business, administration, information management or related fields, those with high sense of responsibility and learning willingness will be given priority; those with no experience will be accepted, but they must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and learning willingness.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate with customers in a clear, polite and empathetic manner; basic English reading and writing ability is an added bonus, able to understand simple English documents and emails.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel) and common file management system operations, with basic data input and system update experience.

  • Careful and meticulous, with good logical analysis and multitasking processing abilities, able to maintain high accuracy and stable output in daily repetitive work.

  • Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meet the requirements of the High Talent Pass, the Outstanding Talent Pass, the IANG, the Dependents' Visa or other legal qualifications for working in Hong Kong.
