Our client :

Our client is a renowned post-80s investor launching an innovative financial recruitment startup in Hong Kong. Unlike traditional headhunting firms, they specialize exclusively in arranging high-quality interviews for top-tier financial institutions—including family offices, securities firms, and banks—streamlining the process for both clients and candidates.

They are now seeking experienced headhunters to join their founding team. You will identify, engage, and schedule interviews for financial professionals using platforms such as JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, and Thread. Prior financial recruitment experience is not required—they value your skill in sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and efficiently coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Source and identify potential candidates using online platforms (e.g., JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, Thread, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for client roles.

3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (family offices, securities firms, banks).

4. Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and candidates throughout the interview process.

5. Track and report on candidate pipelines and interview outcomes.

6. Collaborate with the founding team to refine and improve our interview placement model.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in headhunting, recruitment, or talent sourcing.

2. Proven ability to source candidates through platforms like JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, Thread, LinkedIn, or similar.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.

4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a startup environment.

5. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

6. Experience in the financial industry is not required—we welcome recruiters from various sectors.
