Duties:
1. Store operations management: Responsible for the daily operation of the store during the shift, including personnel management, goods allocation, store cleaning and safety
2. Customer service and communication: Provide quality customer service to ensure a pleasant customer experience. Promptly address customer complaints and issues, and maintain good communication with customers
3. Sales and performance management: Complete designated sales targets, focus on store performance. Adjust sales strategies based on market demand to promote sales growth
4. Staff training and development: Assist in training new employees, enhance their skills and abilities. Focus on employees’ work performance, provide feedback and suggestions
6. Quality and safety supervision: Ensure the store follows the company's quality and safety standards, timely discover and solve potential problems.
7. Team collaboration and communication: Maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments and teams to complete work tasks together.
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader: Assist the store manager in completing other management tasks and temporary tasks.
Requirements:
1. Language ability: Cantonese, English, Mandarin
2. Have chain retail, catering service or hotel management experience is preferred. 2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, hard-working and patient
3. Strong team management and communication skills
4. Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
